Camille Murphy

This is where the biography for Camille goes. It will say wonderful things about her which will not be true. Like, that she loves getting lost in foreign countries and basket weaving in her free time.

Mainly this bio will give others the impression that Camille is creative and easy to work with. It will mention that she went to graduate school for design at Pratt, and that she’s a professor. It will namedrop all the places she used to work. It will end with a charming little fact that everyone will find endearing. Like that her beloved cat Schmooza was a good boy that knew how to sit.

Skybluepink

“What’s your favorite color?” For years, the answer, "Sky Blue Pink" puzzled me.

That's not a color.

Then one evening, a sunset explained everything. The sky. Blue. Pink. Together. Suddenly it made perfect sense. Aha! That moment—the spark of recognition—is what great design should feel like.

The best work doesn't talk down to people. It respects them. It invites them to connect the dots, see something new, and think, "I get it."

That's the feeling I chase in every project—the instant when something unexpected suddenly becomes obvious.

People don't fall in love with brands because they're told what to think. They fall in love because they discover something for themselves. Good design communicates. Great design creates recognition.

The work here is built on two simple beliefs: your audience gets it and we care about them.
